Help learning about how to write reports

Does anyone have any sample reports or weblinks where I can see sample reports in their entire form from start to finish? I am just starting an English 1A Composition class, and learn best when I can see the whole deal all at once.

Really depends on the topic of the report. What does the syllabus say the teacher expects?

It's in d minor, which I believe, is the saddest of all keys.

Well, I have the syllabi for two of my courses, but I want to see samples of reports, both because my textbook doesn't have one, or at least looks that way, plus I'm part visual learner.
