Window In May

I looked outside my window today.
Seeing all of the grass and hay.
Looking up to the sky so blue.
The beauty of all the clouds came through.
Oh the warmth of the sun heated me so.
feeling my blood beginning to flow.
The wonderful flowers started to glow
as a number of birds flew by in a row.
I continued eating my bowl full of peas.
Thinking back to past memories.
How wonderful I thought this day shall be.
Smiling to myself, so full of glee.
Staring outside my window this day.
It's always fun to watch the window in May.
