Just the FAQS... and Some Extra Info!

We’ve had several threads at the top of this discussion forum for quite awhile. Some were created to add to more clarity to a rule already in place and some to explain why we do what we do when we do what we do. Make sense?

Still, it’s a little crowded in the Site Discussion forum, so I’m creating this thread to consolidate all the threads into a “one-stop” info/faq type thread.
