When you email admin, who gets the email?

When your acct is deactivated and you get an email to let you know, it says you can email admin., who does that email go to and how long does it normally take to get a response?

When i was banned Ben didnt reply but i was told he was the one that unbanned me. I will give Matt his due he did communicate with me via e-mail and Thomas did also when i asked questions.
There is only one mod that has ever ignored requests with me.

If i were you i would copy all the other mods in on all your correspondence and that will mean there is no possibility of trying to sweep it under the carpet.

So what does one do if the mod in question just ignores your question,even when it is asked twice,politely, accuses you of threatening them simply because you inform them that you are copying other mods in on the mail to cover your ass and then continues to read and ignore your correspondence without having offered any explanation or entering any dialogue? Even with contacting Ben, lets be honest he really wont get involved for whatever reason.

Moderators are a part of this community too, i agree they have a tough job to do, but there should be some form of means to hold one accountable even if that is just another mod looking at a situation and agreeing or disagreeing.

When you have a mod who appears to have an issue and is not impartial then there is a problem.

I guess it does not really matter. The people with the answers have just chosen to ignore the issue.

Apparently these days it is ok for mods to totally ignore users.

S'gettin' like Bush and the US public in here

Over the years, I've sent several e-mails to admin with the simple message of "Fuck you Ben."
I'm still waiting for a reply.

once I emailed Ben, it took about a month or even more to get a reply

Is it ok for a mod to totally ignore or not even open an orgnote from a user asking a question? How are we, as users supposed to respect the decisions of mods if they bury their head in the sand and refuse to open dialogue?
