Has anyone here ever caught...

Any of the things Prince would throw out to the audience during live shows? Like tambourines, purple throw covers and such?

What did you get? Do you still have it?

If not, what did you do with it?

Oh and if you still have it and you no longer want it because you're suffering from BPFS (Battered Prince Fan Syndrome), can I have it?

He launched a tie into the crowd I had it fora split second and it was wrenched from my grip and as I fell I broke a couple of chairs in the front row.

Yep, I caught a little towel he was using to wipe his sweat during the May '06 second concert in Vegas 2006. He threw it, I extended the hand but the towel went straight falling down on my face so I grab it tight as other hands were coming to close to me

I still have it, the towel isn't any special, not a Prince towel.
If anyone would be interested I could exchange it for some other memorablia I might like more.... honestly I smelled the towel many times and got no specific smell.... of course that's not the point... just the fact that he used it

I was at 3121 last weekend in the front row and a girl a few rows behind me caught a towel he threw out and threw it back!!! me and the girls in the front rammed ourselves up on that stage to try to retreave it but i wasnt quick enough(maybe because i was in SHOCK that the girl would throw it back... or maybe because of the skirt i was wearing that i didnt want everyone in the crowd to see what was under it;) regardless, i tryed. anyway, after the show i saw the girl and asked her why she threw it back and she replyed "its just a towel" i was like you crazy!!!

so no sadly close to having something... but not 'yet' anyway:)

BTW- has anyone ever smelled prince before?? ohmigod... he smells DEVINE>

Never caught anything, but we have a John Blackwell drumstick that he gave us after a concert. He stuck around after a One Night Alone concert and shook hands with some of us who stayed a bit longer.

Also have a symbol tambourine that Candy Dulfer was kind enough to hand to my son when him and I went to a Musicology show. We had 2nd row seats and he was on my shoulders because he couldn't see from his seat (he was 8 yrs old), she must have noticed him and called him over during one of the breaks.

that's insane. I went opening weekend and he threw a towel in my direction. I was able to get a piece of it before several other females, literally bent my hand almost 180 degree backwards to rip it off my hand. It was a pretty sad sight.
