They're not the same at all! Even the Hohners themselves have different sizes. I know because I used to make them. And then there is the hard part: the smaller one around the bridge. Here's how I made my lefty look (I've done many righties as well, but it has gotten to expencive now):

I would love a leftie hohner. Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Until, totaly unexpected, I got my hands on this one. Then I asked again. Same reply. Then I sent the pictures and that's when they said - off the record - these were never supposed to be released.
