I don't know, but he does like a windmill thing with his arm, then happens to fall down in a way where he's does kind of a quick sit-down thing. and then rolls over in a direction not completely consistint with the way he fell.

Oh come on. The big dude in the suit was there within 2 seconds of that "fall" and picked up the microphone like it was the most natural thing in the world. He knew what was coming.

Either it was part of the show, or that dude was so messed up that Mr. Suit knew he was going to pass out, it was just a matter of exactly when.
